Titled ‘The State of Artificial Intelligence in HR’, the report gathered views and updates from about 1000 HR professionals on AI, its influence in current HR functions and the role it will play in shaping the future.

Some of the key findings from the report are:

  • As a profession, HR is still toward the bottom of the AI learning curve.
  • The ability to predict is widely desired and is linked to talent acquisition.
  • Nearly a quarter of the respondents say AI is already important to overall HR technologies today, and two-thirds say it will be in five years.
